Call your mom, dad, sister and your neighbor! If you tell them you’re sick, they’ll probably do everything they can to console you! You’ll probably feel much better after talking a little bit of life from them. This means that you can listen to a relaxing and fresh song that you have never heard before, or that you are going out and trying to understand the sounds of people and characters that you may never have noticed before. Use YouTube to watch raindrops, restful, or relaxing performance to soothe your thoughts. You might even discover your love for chanting sounds or melody that has no lyrics at all. Since they calm you down, you’ll have fun.
